Welcome to Jewellery Blanks UK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Information

We supply jewellery blanks for use in crafting, customisation, and jewellery making.

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. Right to Refuse Sales

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Reasons for refusal may include (but are not limited to) suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or misuse of our products.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

3. Ring Sizes & Tolerance

All rings are sized to industry standards; however, due to the manufacturing process, a small variance is possible.

We allow for a tolerance of up to half a UK size either side of the size ordered.

This variance is not considered a fault and will not qualify for a return or replacement.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice, but the price at checkout will always be honoured.

Payment must be made through the methods offered on our website.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

Jewellery blanks are considered craft materials and are non-returnable unless faulty.

If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with full details.

Approved faulty items may be refunded, repaired, or replaced at our discretion.

We do not accept returns due to customer error, including incorrect size selection.

7. Product Use

Our blanks are sold as components for crafting and jewellery making.

We are not responsible for how they are used after sale, including setting, stonework, or customer modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Jewellery Blanks UK and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident when purchasing from Jewellery Blanks UK. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted for jewellery blanks.

 

1. General Returns Policy

• Jewellery blanks are supplied as craft components.

• We do not accept returns for unwanted items, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

• Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty upon arrival.

 

2. Modified Items

• Once a blank has been altered, filled with resin, engraved, set with stones, or otherwise modified, it is no longer eligible for return.

• This includes items that have been partially worked on, even if not completed.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your blank arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with full details and photographs.

• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

• Any claims made after this period may not be accepted.

 

4. Accent Stones

• Some blanks may include pre-set accent stones (such as cubic zirconia).

• If a stone is missing or becomes loose upon delivery, this is considered a fault and will be our responsibility to rectify.

• Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a suitable solution.

 

5. Ring Size Tolerance

• Due to the manufacturing process, a tolerance of up to half a UK size either side of the ordered size is allowed.

• This variance is not considered a fault and does not qualify for return or replacement.

 

6. Returns Process

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the fault.

• Provide clear photographs showing the issue.

• We will confirm whether the item qualifies for return and provide instructions.

• Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition.

 

7. Refunds

• Refunds (where approved) will be processed using the same payment method you used at checkout.

• Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
